A short summary of how online payments, booking confirmations, and cancellations work at Ivera.
Paying with PayPal
Online payments are processed through PayPal in EUR. Tour prices are displayed in GEL (Georgian Lari) and converted to EUR at checkout using the current rate.
Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Levani will then message you on WhatsApp to confirm the final details — meeting point, time, and group size.
Cancellations & refunds
Refund and cancellation terms are confirmed with Levani on WhatsApp before your tour date. If you need to change or cancel a booking, message us as early as possible.
Payment security
Card and PayPal account details are handled entirely by PayPal — Ivera never sees or stores your payment information.
